Summary: StockCount Pro is an enterprise B2B inventory management platform. We do not sell your data, we do not track you across third-party apps, and camera permissions are strictly utilized for real-time industrial barcode and QR code decoding.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how StockCount Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application and related enterprise web services. By downloading or accessing StockCount Pro, you consent to the information practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect and Process

StockCount Pro collects only the minimal data strictly necessary for industrial warehouse counting operations:

  • Camera & Optical Sensor Data: Used exclusively in real-time to scan 1D barcodes and 2D QR codes on physical goods, shelves, and palettes. Camera frames are analyzed locally in device memory; video streams are never recorded or transmitted to external servers.
  • Inventory Count Records: Material codes, counted quantities, shelf locations, lot/batch numbers, operator timestamps, and optional fixed asset audit photos taken by the user.
  • Device & Authentication Information: Cryptographic session tokens, user roles (Admin, Coordinator, Auditor, Counting Crew), and device OS version required for encrypted synchronization.

3. Device Permissions and Usage

  • android.permission.CAMERA: Strictly used for barcode and QR code reading and capturing physical condition photos of fixed assets when prompted by the user.
  • android.permission.VIBRATE: Used solely to provide haptic feedback confirmation upon successful barcode detection.
  • android.permission.INTERNET: Required to synchronize count logs with enterprise cloud databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and ERP systems (Logo Tiger).

4. Offline-First Architecture & Local Data Storage

To support operations in basement warehouses, outdoor storage yards, and network dead-zones, StockCount Pro implements an offline-first storage queue on the physical device. Unsynchronized count records are held securely on the local device until network connectivity is detected, at which point records are transmitted via TLS 1.3 encrypted HTTPS.

5. Data Security & Third-Party Sharing

All network communication utilizes industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We maintain strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

  • No Commercial Advertising: StockCount Pro contains zero third-party advertisement SDKs or trackers.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your inventory data or personal information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Users and enterprise administrators have the right to inspect, correct, export, or request the permanent deletion of their account records and count logs. To request account or organization data deletion, please contact us at the email address provided below.
