Terms of Service
StockCount Pro · Updated: 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19.4
Mutual rights and responsibilities for your account, teamwork, data and purchased service.
1. Parties, purpose and scope
StockCount Pro is inventory-counting software developed by Enver Demir; the brand does not denote a separate incorporated company. These terms cover the website, web app and Android app. A person acting for an organisation must have appropriate authority. Seller identity, service address and applicable tax/documentation information must be provided before sales begin.
Visiting this website alone does not accept every provision. Terms must be available for review with the required acceptance before contracting. Business and consumer purchases are assessed by their actual purpose and applicable law; an organisational account alone does not remove statutory rights.
2. Accounts and account security
Keep account information accurate and current, protect access to your email and do not share passwords. Google sign-in authenticates identity but does not itself grant manager or counting event permissions. Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorised access.
Impersonation, unauthorised account access and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Users are not automatically liable for every account event regardless of fault; the provider's security duties remain. Do not disclose passwords, verification codes or card security details to support.
3. Organisations, roles and team access
Manager, coordinator and field-participant access depends on application roles and assignments. Managers should maintain invitations, room codes, warehouse/zone-shelf assignments and staff access according to duties. Share room codes only with intended participants.
A counting event role does not authorise access to another organisation's data. Review access when staff leave or change roles. Acting for a team does not grant unlimited authority over members' personal data. These terms do not promise permission features that the software does not provide.
4. Licence and intellectual property
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software within their account and purchased package, where applicable. Software ownership or source-code rights are not transferred. Software, designs, brand and original content remain with their rights holders; third-party component licences remain applicable.
Unauthorised resale, commercial redistribution of access, brand impersonation and circumvention of security are prohibited. Statutory use and examination rights remain unaffected. Using or exporting the organisation's own count data is not itself an infringement of the software's intellectual property.
5. Features, compatibility and count preparation
Features may vary by version, device, platform, permissions and package. Barcode/camera use may require hardware and permissions; server operations may require connectivity. Marketing descriptions do not promise identical platform availability or a ready-made integration with a particular ERP. Review the product description before purchase.
Before critical counts, test sample items, devices, templates, units, permissions and connectivity. Verify BOMs, inventory and warehouse definitions, and review results before accounting or ERP use. Precautions do not automatically transfer software faults to users. The app is not an independent audit or a regulatory-compliance certificate.
6. Inventory data, photos and synchronisation
Rights in uploaded inventory lists, count records, photos and business content remain with their respective holders. Providing the service requires storing, processing, displaying content to authorised members and reporting it; this does not transfer ownership. Users must have authority to upload their content.
Avoid unnecessary personal information, identity documents or others' confidential data in photos. Offline records may not appear elsewhere until synchronised. Check sync before uninstalling, changing devices or clearing data, and retain exports at suitable intervals using available tools. Data-loss causes, fault and reasonable precautions are assessed case by case; not all losses are assigned to users.
7. Privacy and personal data
See the Privacy Policy for personal data in account, team, inventory and payment processes. Organisations should give necessary staff notices and meet legal requirements for uploaded data. The provider's own privacy and security duties remain.
Acceptance of terms is not marketing permission or blanket consent to all processing. Privacy requests may be submitted to support; any identity verification should be proportionate. Sharing, deleting or transferring business data may require authority and legal checks. This section promises no new retention period, data-centre location or security certification.
8. Packages, prices and digital delivery
Online sales are not open yet. Before payment, listings will specify total price, currency, tax treatment, term, limits, start time, activation method and delivery deadline. Web payments will use the payment service provider identified at checkout. There is no physical delivery. Verified purchases are assigned to the stated account/organisation; instant or automated activation is not currently promised.
The initial model is one-time packages, without automatic renewal or recurring card charges. A new term requires a separate order. New prices are not presumed to apply retrospectively to an existing package. Enter card data only on the provider's secure checkout. See Purchasing and digital delivery.
9. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal, cancellation, defective service, duplicate charges and undelivered access are assessed under their applicable conditions. Being digital does not automatically exclude all refunds. Required information and consents must be provided separately in checkout/activation; reading this page alone does not waive withdrawal rights.
Approved refunds go through the payment provider to the original payment method. A refund request is not a request to erase count data, and closing an account does not automatically create a refund. Service-fee refunds are assessed separately from business damages. See Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds for requests and bank processing.
10. Support, maintenance and updates
Contact [email protected] for support, activation and payments. Include an order/count reference, event time, version and device details where relevant, and hide sensitive screenshot data. Support is not the performance of the physical count or certification of accounting accuracy.
Maintenance and updates may be needed; reasonable notice should be given for planned materially disruptive work. 24/7 support, uptime, response/resolution and recovery-time commitments exist only if expressly agreed separately. Updates do not reserve a right arbitrarily to remove purchased core functions; statutory remedies and refunds remain protected.
11. Safe use and misuse
Unauthorised data access, malicious uploads, disruptive traffic, attacks on other accounts and exploitation of vulnerabilities are prohibited. Automations and integrations must use authorised methods within their permitted scope. Normal counting or good-faith bug reports are not misuse.
Report security concerns without downloading, modifying or publishing others' data. Legal requests and actual security incidents are handled under applicable law and proportionality. This section does not authorise unlimited monitoring or disclosure to unspecified third parties.
12. Restrictions, expiry and account closure
Necessary and proportionate restrictions may address concrete security risks, unauthorised access, unlawful use or material breach. Except for urgent security or legal requirements, reasons and an opportunity to remedy should be provided where possible. Support reviews disputed restrictions without blocking legal remedies.
Package expiry, account closure and counting event deletion are different events. Manager deletion can affect team access; heed warnings and any cancellation countdown. Post-expiry access, export and retention terms must be explained before purchase. Closure/deletion requests are assessed for identity, authority, technical scope and statutory retention. Indefinite storage or recovery of every record is not promised.
13. Service continuity and liability limits
Uninterrupted, universally error-free service or a count completed by a particular deadline is not guaranteed. Duties to provide purchased core functions, address defects and exercise required care remain. Responsibility for connectivity, device, power or third-party failures depends on cause, control and care. Using third parties alone does not exclude liability; ordinary bugs are not automatically force majeure.
Business/professional purchases: Only for ordinary negligence and where mandatory law and standard-term review permit, indirect/consequential losses from errors, outages or sync delays are excluded: lost profit, revenue, opportunities, reputation, operational/production interruption and penalties/claims arising from the customer's third-party commitments. Extra staffing, overtime, postponement and recounting costs are excluded only where actually indirect and the exclusion is valid. Labels do not change direct losses into indirect ones; other direct losses follow applicable law. Core contractual duties must not be nullified.
Protected rights: Intent/gross negligence, legally arising death/personal-injury liability, consumer rights, non-excludable privacy duties and other mandatory obligations remain unaffected. Refunds or price reductions are not imposed as exclusive remedies. No monetary damages cap is set; any enterprise cap must be separately negotiated and validly agreed.
Where safe, use alternative recording, preserve unsynchronised records and report promptly. These precautions create no short forfeiture period or unlawful burden of proof. A support ticket is not a prerequisite for courts or consumer arbitration.
14. Version and changes
This is version 2026-10-19.4. The applicable version must be accessible at use/purchase with required acceptance recorded. Publication alone does not create historical acceptance. You may retain a copy using your browser's print/save-to-PDF function.
Material changes should be notified appropriately, with renewed acceptance where required. New provisions are not unilaterally retrospective for previous transactions or accrued claims. Invalid terms must not narrow mandatory rights. Order-specific terms and these conditions are interpreted together under applicable law without reducing consumer protections.
15. Contact and dispute remedies
Use Contact and support for technical, purchase and contractual questions. Seeking assistance, settlement or clarification does not waive legal rights. Include a short factual description and request, without unnecessary personal or confidential documents.
Statutory consumer arbitration, courts and other remedies, jurisdiction rules and any legally required mediation remain applicable. These terms impose no mandatory private arbitration, unilateral conclusive-evidence rule or clause removing legal remedies. English is provided for accessibility; language differences are assessed subject to mandatory law and consumer-favourable interpretation principles.
